Kurranulla Kids Group
Kurranulla Aboriginal Corporation provides a safe and fun environment for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children aged 4-16 at our Kurranulla Kids Group.
Operating from Jannali Community Centre (Mary Street) between 4pm – 5:30pm, our kids can play and make friends and be emersed in cultural knowledge, through arts & crafts, cultural dance and music, and many other fun activities.
Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Youth Mentoring
Kurranulla Aboriginal Corporation support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people aged 12-18 across schools located across the Sutherland Shire and Georges River local government areas.
Our youth mentoring program provides culturally safe and holistic support to Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander school students to achieve in education and life by providing:
- Individualized mentoring plans
- Goal setting & achieving
- Cultural activities & workshops
- Health and wellbeing events
- Life & employability skills
- Activities & guest speakers to support social, emotional and cultural wellbeing
